The Foundation sponsored a six-month Professional Skills Training program for three batches comprising a total of 60 students at GFGC Women’s Colleges in Dharwad and Gadag, conducted by M/s. Deshpande Foundation. The program focused on equipping students with essential workplace competencies such as business communication, computer skills, problem-solving, reasoning, and personality development.

Following the completion of the training, around 80% of the students were successfully placed in reputed companies with competitive salaries, helping them take confident steps toward their professional careers. As part of the initiative, motivational and educational books were also distributed by the P. B. Kulkarni foundation to the participating students to encourage continued learning and personal growth.
