Although this sector is largely unorganized, it represents a rapidly growing skill-based profession that provides meaningful livelihood opportunities and does not require prior formal education. By supporting training in this field, the Foundation aims to empower women to become financially independent and confident professionals.

To further this effort, the Foundation works closely with top training institutes in Belagavi and nearby regions, supporting interested and deserving students through Skill Loans to pursue beauty and makeup courses.
